Unsent Letters is a series of paintings that considers love as something private, withheld, and continually evolving. Drawing from the poetry and correspondence of Emily Dickinson, the work reflects on intimacy not as declaration, but as interior experience: felt, shaped, and often left unspoken.

As the series developed, the focus shifted from its literary starting point toward the evolution of love itself. The paintings move through different stages - early attraction, closeness, distance, and what lingers after, without presenting a fixed narrative.

Each work centers on the hand as a quiet emotional register. Through subtle changes in gesture, tension, and touch, the paintings trace how feeling accumulates and transforms over time, allowing love to remain present without being fully revealed.
